2. PRODUCT LEGALITY & HEMP COMPLIANCE

All products sold on this website contain hemp-derived cannabinoids with less than 0.3% Delta-9 THC by dry weight, compliant with the 2018 Farm Bill and the State of North Carolina.

We do not guarantee that our products are legal in your state or local jurisdiction. By purchasing from Shmule.com, you accept full responsibility for complying with your local laws and regulations. 6. SHIPPING, RISK OF LOSS & DELIVERY ISSUES

We ship in accordance with our Shipping Policy. All risk of loss passes to the customer upon delivery to the carrier. We are not responsible for stolen, lost, delayed, or misrouted packages after they leave our facility.

You agree to provide accurate and complete shipping information. Mistakes due to incorrect input are the responsibility of the customer.

7. RETURNS & REFUNDS

Due to the consumable nature of our products, all sales are final. We do not accept returns or exchanges.

Refunds are only issued in cases of incorrect or damaged orders and must be reported within 7 days of receipt. Approved refunds will be processed within 5–7 business days to the original payment method.

8. PAYMENT & CHARGEBACK POLICY

By purchasing from us, you agree not to file any chargebacks without contacting us first to resolve the issue. Fraudulent chargebacks may result in a ban from our site and prosecution to the fullest extent allowed by law.

We reserve the right to refuse service, cancel orders, or ban accounts at our sole discretion—especially in cases of suspected fraud, abuse, or chargeback threats.

RETURN POLICY

Due to the nature of our products, we do not accept returns or exchanges.

Damaged or Incorrect Orders

If your order is incorrect or arrives damaged, contact us within 7 days of delivery. We’ll make it right.

Refunds

Refunds are only issued for damaged or incorrect orders. Once approved, allow 5–7 business days for processing.
